Does Tashann run on Mac or Windows PC?
No. Tashann is a mobile app (Android & iOS) and doesn’t run on desktop or laptop.
However, our website is universal.
Is Tashann free or a subscription-based app?
Both! But nothing in life is free! We are paying for your free plan!
Or you can even buy a subscription at a nominal cost which will unlock all premium features.
Is my data/identity going to be safe?
Data Safety & Integrity is what we truly believe in & follow as well.
All your data is encrypted and stored on the cloud.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, absolutely! You can delete your data and your account anyme you want to.
In fact, it will free up our encrypted storage space as well!
However, note that you will lose your unique username.
What happens if I do not renew my subscription?
You will lose some premium features upon expiry of your plan validity.
To retain your unique username & data, you need to renew within 7 days of your plan expiry.
A er this grace period, your account will be deleted.
Are there any storage restrictions?
There are no restrictions on the number of Wardrobes, Outfits or Suitcases that you can create.
Please refer to Premium Plans for overall image limits.
Can I login from multiple devices?
No. However, Premium Users can login from 1 device at a time.
Also, if Premium Users change their mobile device, they will still retain their subscription & data.
How many pictures can I upload at once?
While you can upload any number of images, you can upload a max of 15 images at a time.
Can I edit the order of my images in my wardrobe?
Not really. But you can edit the cover image of your Wardrobes.
Also, use pin to top, favorites, tags & filters to help you narrow down your search options.
Are TAGs customizable?
Yes indeed! You can & should create lots of TAGs. Currently you can have 5 TAGs for each item.
Create TAGs to label your Brands, Sizes, Prices, Colors, Occasions, or anything else.
And then use the Search feature to identify your tagged items.
